Al Fara'a is committed to improving the skills and knowledge of managers, engineers, technicians and members of the labour force. All new employees attend corporate induction programmes, and new engineers undergo an intensive three-month orientation programme.

All our staff attend HSE seminars regularly, as do sub-contractors working in our facilities and at our clients' sites.

Our engineers are trained in the use of Primavera, Auto Cad, FIDIC, and subjects such as value engineering, contracts and claims and site management, and their skills are upgraded through rotation programmes.
